Move with Miah Pilates Co. was founded in May 2023 with a simple belief: when movement is taught with intention, presence, and precision, it changes lives.
Miah began her Pilates education in 2020 in Clearwater, Florida, completing her Balanced Body certifications in Reformer, Chair, and Trapeze Table, along with advanced studies in Body Movement Principles and Anatomy in 3D. She immersed herself fully — teaching more than 20 group reformer classes per week across the Tampa Bay area — refining her eye, her voice, and her understanding of how bodies truly move.
What began as a fast-paced group teaching career evolved into something deeper.
Today, Miah is known for her discerning eye, thoughtful cueing, and ability to meet each client exactly where they are. She works with a broad spectrum of clientele — from prenatal and postpartum women to athletes and high-performing professionals — blending classical roots with contemporary intelligence. Her work is grounded in biomechanics, yet delivered with warmth and clarity.
Committed to continual growth, Miah expands her education nationally through advanced mentorships, industry conferences, and collaborative intensives to ensure her clients in the Midwest receive world-class instruction. She was selected into the prestigious mentorship program at Bodyline Pilates in Beverly Hills — one of only nine instructors accepted annually — further refining her craft under the guidance of respected leaders in the field.
In addition to private and studio training, Miah created The MOVE Method — an on-demand Pilates experience designed to help clients return to presence through rhythm, consistency, and intentional practice. What began in studio has expanded across state lines through collaborations and community partnerships, all rooted in her mission to raise the standard for Pilates.
Her “party trick”? An almost X-ray ability to see movement patterns — and an even greater ability to make people feel comfortable, capable, and confident. Whether in a 1:1 session, a packed studio, or a chance encounter, Miah believes movement, when shared, is one of the most powerful forms of connection.

How it works
We are a boutique Pilates studio offering small group mat classes and individual 1:1 private Pilates Sessions. Come experience the benefits of small class sizes and special attention on structural alignment for strength-building, mind-body awareness — fostering sustainable results.
1:1 Training
Private training is ideal for those with specific goals, seeking to understand their body and improve strength and control. In 30- or 50-minute sessions, you’ll expand your movement using top-of-the-line Balanced Body equipment. Duo (2:1) training is available for established one-to-one clients who have completed a minimum of 10 sessions.
Group Classes & On-demand
Love staying active and want a fresh approach to exercise? Join our group classes for 45 minutes of Mat Pilates, where we mix classical full-body challenges with fun prop variations to keep every session effective and engaging. Can’t make it in person? The MOVE Method is designed for you anytime, anywhere with our on-demand option.
Special events
From intimate private classes to full-scale retreats and corporate wellness events, we create Pilates experiences tailored to your occasion. Celebrate birthdays, bachelorettes, life milestones, or just a well-deserved ‘me’ moment for busy mamas—all with movement, connection, and fun at the center. Whatever the event, we design it to be memorable, effortless, and uniquely yours.
Policies
There is a 24-hour cancellation notice for all scheduled classes. Saturday - Monday private trainings require 48 hours notice, while Tuesday - Friday remain at 24 hours.
Pilates socks are required in the studio for both group Mat classes and private training sessions.
All (4) packs expire (5) weeks after initial date of use, (8) packs expire (6) weeks after initial date of use.
On-demand memberships are for single use only, cancel anytime with emailed noticed 30 days before the next billing cycle.
Off-location special event passes are non-refundable, and non-transferable.
