Hi, I’m Miah Youngblut, a passionate Pilates instructor since 2020. In the late summer of 2023, I officially launched Move with Miah Pilates Co. as a way to bring mindful, empowering movement to the community. I believe Pilates should feel inclusive, joyful, and accessible—which is why my classes are designed to meet you exactly where you are. With a focus on body awareness and presence, I guide clients in building strength, flexibility, and confidence that carries far beyond the mat. My grounded, supportive approach makes every class welcoming—whether you’re brand-new to Pilates or a seasoned mover looking to deepen your practice.

    PILATES INSTRUCTOR IN TRAINING

    Hi, I’m Erika Bierstedt! I’m a Pilates instructor in training,- my goal is to have my certification completed by the end of September! My approach to Pilates is rooted in mindfulness, connection, and flow. I believe in the power of intentional movement to create strength, balance, and a deeper relationship with the body.

    As Joseph Pilates once said, “Physical fitness is the first requisite of happiness.” My goal is to help you feel aligned, empowered, and truly at home in your body—on and off the mat.

    MAT PILATES INSTRUCTOR

    Hi, I’m Mandy! Movement has been a passion of mine since the days of early-morning Cindy Crawford workout videos with my high school besties in a church basement. That joy for fitness led me to earn a B.S. in Exercise Science & Health Studies from Iowa State University, along with a variety of certifications over the years. 

    You can expect a balance of hard work, playful energy, and an inclusive space where everyone feels welcome—whether you’re a well experienced athlete, brand new to movement, or anywhere in between!

    Hey, I’m Isabelle Fransen! I’m a fitness instructor-in-training and started teaching earlier this year. I truly believe movement is medicine and one of the best things we can do for our bodies and minds. My goal is to help people build confidence, feel strong, and enjoy moving in a way that feels good. I’m all about creating a supportive space where everyone feels welcome —no matter where you’re starting from.
